Legal Assistant

Alexis Alvarado joined The Gracia Law Firm in 2024 after graduating from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in International Studies. Her academic background and interest in the legal profession allow her to provide dedicated support to the firm’s attorneys and clients. As a Legal Assistant, Alexis plays an integral role in the firm’s daily operations by communicating with clients, scheduling appointments and court-related matters, preparing and filing legal documents, organizing case files, and assisting the attorneys with a variety of legal and administrative matters. She works closely with clients throughout every stage of their case, providing guidance and support with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail while helping ensure each case progresses efficiently through the legal process. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Alexis is able to communicate effectively with a diverse client base and is committed to providing exceptional client service. Outside of the office, Aiexis enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness and wellness, values that reflect her commitment to discipline, resilience, and balance. She is a Catholic who values her faith, enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She is passionate about serving her community and plans to continue her legal education by pursuing law school with the goal of becoming an attorney, allowing her to further her commitment to advocating for others and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
